Multiple Choice Quiz Maker is a simple program for creating multiple-choice quizzes in HTML (web-page) and EXE (Windows program) formats. It provides a wizard-interface where you can add the questions and answers, and specify the correct answer. After editing, you can save the quiz in .MCQuiz format, which can be modified later or converted to HTML or EXE, whenever you want.
